Cheshire Forest offers a premier racquet sports facility featuring two tennis courts and four lined pickleball courts, providing residents with opportunities for recreation, exercise, and friendly competition. Whether you’re an experienced player or just learning the game, our courts are a great place to stay active and connect with neighbors.
Rules & Guidelines
All players are expected to follow the Court Rules and Guidelines to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone.
Hours of Operation
The courts are open daily from 8:00 AM until sunset. At this time, the court lighting is temporarily unavailable while replacement options are being evaluated, ensuring a better long-term lighting solution for the community.
Court Access
The courts are secured and require a key for entry. Residents who need access should contact the propertymanager@cheshireforest.org for questions or information on obtaining a court key.
Court Reservations
Cheshire Forest utilizes ReserveMyCourt for court reservations. Reservations are not required; however, players with a reservation have priority use of the court during their reserved time. Contact propertymanager@cheshireforest.org for instructions.

2026 Court Rules and Guidelines
Hours:

Priority, Reservations, & Use:
– Courts are to be used only by Cheshire Forest residents & their guests. To reserve a court, use ReserveMyCourt.com.
– Contact propertymanager@cheshireforest.org for questions.
– Courts may be reserved for up to 2 hours at a time.
– Courts are available to reserve up to 14 days in advance.
– Make sure the gate is closed and locked after entering and leaving.

Attire & Footwear:
– Proper tennis or athletic shoes must be worn on the courts.
– No hard-soled shoes or marking shoes are allowed.
Not Permitted on the Courts:
– Pets, bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, glass containers, chewing
gum, tobacco products, intoxicated persons, and hard-soled shoes.
Noise & Conduct:
– Keep noise to a minimum.
– Use respectful language and behavior at all times.
– Music should be kept at a low volume.
Equipment:
– Please do not stand or lean on the tennis or pickleball nets.
– When portable nets are not in use, please move them to the side of the fence.
– Do not leave personal items or equipment unattended. The community is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Court Maintenance:
– Report any damage or maintenance needs to propertymanager@cheshireforest.org.
Lights:
– Due to current lighting limitations, the tennis and pickleball courts are closed at sunset, and play is not permitted after dark.
Clean Up:
– Please pick up all trash, balls, and personal belongings when you leave.
– Make sure to close the gate so that it is locked.
